Bot Content:
All content generated by Conquest Bot is either owned by Conquest Bot or sourced from publicly available sites. Content sourced from other sites is not under copyright by Conquest Bot and is freely available to the public.

5. Limitations of Liability

No Guarantee of Uptime:
Conquest Bot’s team strives to maintain the bot’s uptime and performance. However, we do not guarantee any specific level of uptime, and we are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

Data Control:
All data related to your interactions with the bot is controlled by the Conquest Bot team. We are not responsible for maintaining, backing up, or restoring your data in the event of any loss.

6. Termination of Service

Grounds for Termination:
Your access to Conquest Bot may be terminated if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to exploiting bugs without reporting them, inappropriate use of the bot, or failure to comply with Discord’s Terms of Service.

7. Governing Law

Since Conquest Bot is a Discord bot without a registered organization, the location of Discord’s legal jurisdiction will apply. As the creators of the bot are based in the UK and the USA, users should also be aware that local laws in these regions may influence these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated as necessary to reflect changes in the bot or legal requirements. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to users. Your continued use of Conquest Bot after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
