When you interact with Conquest Bot by command or interaction, a user profile is created within the bot under your Discord User ID. This profile is associated with your in-bot data and statistics, allowing you to enjoy a personalized and unique gaming experience. No other personal data is collected or stored.

Purpose of Data Collection:
The data collected by Conquest Bot is used solely to provide you with an interactive and fun gaming experience. We track your progress and store your game statistics to enhance your gameplay and keep your experience consistent.

Data Sharing:
We do not share your data with any third parties. All data collected is used strictly within the bot for its intended purposes.

3. Data Storage

Storage Location:
Your data is stored securely within a PostgreSQL server that is isolated inside a Docker network. This ensures that your data remains protected and inaccessible to unauthorized entities.

Data Retention:
Your data is retained within the server to maintain your ongoing gaming experience. If you are not actively using the bot, your data is kept inactive but remains stored for future use.

4. Data Security

Security Measures:
Your data is stored on Conquest Bot’s dedicated server, within an isolated Docker network with no internet access. Only the bot has access to interact with the database, ensuring your data remains secure.

5. User Rights

Access and Correction:
Since the only data stored is your Discord User ID and bot-generated statistics, there is no user-preferred data to correct. If you wish to stop using Conquest Bot, you can cease interaction, and your data will remain inactive.

6. Children’s Privacy

Conquest Bot is intended for use on Discord, a platform that requires users to be at least 13 years old. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware of any such data, it will be deleted immediately.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this document.
